This machine is a fully automatic sewing equipment specially designed
for elastic band splicing, capable of sewing elastic bands up to 60mm
wide.
The manipulator, material push device, and all pneumatic components
adopt SMC modules, which have a longer life and faster speed.
The material push device can be adjusted at will, greatly improving the
precision and flatness of the elastic band. It automatically aligns
trademarks on the front, back, sides, and multiple markings, with errors
within 1mm.
The machine features automatic feeding, a rotating work disc design,
and non-stop machine collection equipment that automatically stops
working when the planned quantity is reached. With automatic setting
the elastic band’s shape does not require additional length adjust
ment, achieving a 100% docking standard rate. It also includes an
automatic cross joint to reduce the time needed for manual elastic
band changes.
The machine has an automatic detection system for the bottom line
and a unique fully automated function that completes cutting, splicing,
multi-needle sewing, and automatic collection in one go.
